A $50.00 deposit is required at time of booking to hold the date. This deposit will be credited toward your final amount due and is non-refundable upon cancellation. Deposit can be paid in credit, cash, or check made payable to SugarSnap Sweets.
An initial payment of 50% of the agreed total will be due within 30 days of signing contract. This initial payment is non-refundable upon cancellation. At this time a final total of desserts are needed, including flavors and amount of each are required.
Final Selection of Amounts & Flavors
Before Final Payment or 14 days prior to your event (Whichever is first), there will be the option to add to the original order. You do not have the option to deduct from the original order agreed upon. This selection will be confirmed by both the Responsible Party and SugarSnap Sweets LLC by email and an invoice will be updated according to request.
Final payment for all ordered items is due 14 days prior to event. If final payment is not received at this time SugarSnap Sweets LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and your deposit & initial payment will be forfeited.
Delivery and set up fee inside the 275 loop is $75. For locations outside of the 275 loop we will custom quote this fee. SugarSnap Sweets LLC reserves the right to contact the location of event and will deliver as close to serving time as possible.
Once initial delivery and set up is complete, a service fee of $65 per hour can be paid in order to serve the guest. SugarSnap Truck is self-contained, operated, and staffed by our employees. Our truck requires 16 feet in length, 8 feet in width, with a 12-foot overhead clearance. Due to the weight of the truck and equipment, we will require a firm and level surface area for parking and set up. You will be responsible for designating a suitable location for service. SugarSnap Sweets LLC reserves the right to pre-approve the location and requires the opportunity to inspect the site. However, we maintain the right to relocate the truck and the service area if the site is not suitable. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for service when required.
Cupcake Tower(s) Rental
Our cupcake tower(s) can be rented at no charge. A tower will hold approximately 80-120 regular sized cupcakes. A deposit of $100.00 per each tower requested. A check for the tower rental will be required when your final payment is due. This fee will be refunded once the tower(s) are returned cleaned, without damage and properly stowed within 72 hours after the event.
Selection of Flavors
Cupcake flavors can be found on our website, and all of our cupcakes can be served at special events. All cupcakes can be made into cake form. We follow the Wilton guide of wedding cake servings when accounting for number of guests served per size of cake. You can choose one flavor for every 2 dozen cupcakes (or cake) ordered. For example, an order of 10 dozen cupcakes you can choose up to 5 flavors. On a side note, when offering multiple flavors many guests like to have a taste of more than one cupcake. With this being said, you may want to consider 1.3 cupcakes or 4 mini cupcakes per guest. This is only a recommendation based on our experience with weddings and not to be considered an absolute. If you prefer to order 1 cupcake per person, this is fine as well.
